Last tuesday we won Ahmad Ibrahim in round 2 for the first game, and this tuesday, we played with Riverside and won them 31-11. We had one more game left, with Singapore sports school which is tmr, but we had already won 2 games and were ecstatic that we got into the semi-finals! But everyone is saying we are gonna do our best and beat sss, mr yeo, munn-yi and everyone, we're all putting that as our goal. Is that too much? I am not exactly sure, but i know i should be thinking that we can do it.
Today Dr. William Tan came to our school and gave us an inspirational talk. Don't know him? He was paralyzed from waist down and moves around in a wheelchair. He went against all odds and goes for marathons, not only for the medals, tropheys, feeling of accomplishment, but he races for charity. Go Dr. William Tan! He really is a great person and a great role-model of how to fulfil your life.
So if he can do it, we can do it. Us St Nicholas Girls' School Netballers trained hard and there is no reason why we can't right? We can win tomorrow's game with God's blessings.

I cried scolding my brother for watching too much tv and breaking his promise. Why can't he be more understanding? Why can't he listen to daddy and mommy more? Why can't he switch off the tv instead of watching it "8 minutes more"? Why can't he listen to my pleas and stop us all from stressing? Won't it sink inside you after you heard what happened? I can't stand it any more, please help make them happy. Please. It will be better.
Listening to music helps let out all of it, tears will be cleared from the eyes and it'll be fine, for a while. Reality will come back soon.

I hate going to school with tired eyes. It is exhausting! When lessons start, all they do is open and close droopingly. Even Nerissa can see! I was kinda half-sleeping throughout CME today. Can't help it, had spent the night before completing the irritating IPW. And since it was CNY the past few days, i hadn't had time to complete the homework given by the teachers so i crammed it till the last minute and SHHH, dont tell i slept at 1.30.
So had game today with Fuchun Secondary. I was tired as hell. (The sleepy eyes part) And kept thinking i had a fever which made me feel worse. Although Mr Yeo emphasized to sleep EARLY the day before. And the game went well, although everyone thought it was boring. I think Sng was half sleeping there! ahahha, shes soooo funny and blur. They were really friendly though, Fuchun, they asked to take a picture with us and kept saying youre the best! Hahah, so nice. Score was 74-1! Never had that kind of score ever! Although we could have played better eh? Nicks? Well done!
CNY should have lasted longer! It was terribly fun! Justine Christine and I taught our 2 year old niece, analisa, to say I LOVE MONEY! when we showed her a 2 dollar note! She is really too smart! When we told her that was an ice cream maker, she repeated it in her baaby voice! So when we asked analisa what is this?(2 dollar note) She went: I LOVE MONEY! and our relatives bursted with laughter!
Daddy's friends came for lunch on Sunday and Mr Reggie said if i played the piano, he'd buy $100 worth of fiesta tickets! I was shocked and excited! $100 for fiesta is a big deal to 3 of us sisters as we had to sell $600! But the thing is, i suck disgustingly at the piano. The only "nice" song i could play was the the graduation by vitamin C which isnt at all very nice. But i tried, and it was really embarrassing. But it wasn't really successful so I suggested playing my guitar instead. Mr Reggie said okay but he'd have to reconsider the sales cos he prefers the piano.
So i brought the Guitar and then played the songs This Old Guitar, Annie's Song, Take me home Country Road, - all 3 by John Denver and I am sailing by Gavin Sutherland. These songs are really old so they probably know it. And they sang along! It was a little nerve wrecking but quite fun after a while when they all sang together. Afterall, i never really played infront of anyone formally alone. Mr Reggie said 10 songs for $100. Oh man, that was gonna be difficult. But anyways things happened and i played these 4 songs and he bought $50 worth of tickets! It was a great deal! (: I'm so glad i did not chicken out, if not we'd still have problems selling our tickets.
It was fun though!
CNY with family was great! We played black jack :D I made $11 plus! Not much, but still good. Melvin made $30+ ! He is WOW. J and C made some too! And the family gatherings was like a great time to bond with each other! The 3 babies, all born last year, were so cute, they were fighting over who gets to sit on the pushkart car. (not fighting as in physical, but screaming crying kind of fighting, Duh!)
Waiting for new year next year! Oh dammit, have to sleep now, cant have droopy eyes again tomorrow :D
